I went to the gym three times in the past week! They have a new program at the gym. They give you a card and you can try different classes and exercises and then win prizes if you complete most of the tasks. I love it because it keeps me on track.
I still am not doing good with my water. This week I am going to try and do better with that and more exercising this week. I have lost 2 lbs so that is great!
