Two Moms in a Blog is sponsoring Weightloss Wednesday! Every Wednesday, track your progress and goals for your weight loss.

This past week I was sick, so I didn’t accomplish my drinking water goal. So it is going to be my goal for this week as well. I am also going to add going to the gym three times a week since my water aerobics classes start this week. I didn’t gain any weight so that is good! Hopefully adding these two things will be good for the next week. I decided that I should just start with one step a week in my effort to lose weight. Previously I have tried to do everything at once and just get discouraged. Getting sick kind of set me back, but I hope to get back on track this week!

    OH man, I hope you are feeling better! Water aerobics sounds fun, I can;t wait to hear how that goes!! Hubby is trying to talk me into taking kickboxing with him, but I’m not sure that’s my thing
