I need to lose a few (well more than a few) pounds, so here is my goal for this week:
Drink one glass of water before each meal and one glass with each meal.
Drinking water is very important for weight loss. It helps clean out your system and can make you feel fuller.
I decided that I should just start with one step a week in my effort to lose weight. Previously I have tried to do everything at once and just get discouraged. So here goes!

Hey there:) Thanks for joining the WW! This is a great goal – it was my goal for last week and while I didn’t reach it 100% I did drink a lot more water then usually and it did help. I lost about 2 lbs so far – not a bad start considering all I changed was the amount of water I drink.

yea thats a good idea to drink all that water. I know the same thing always happens to me whenever i eat out at resaurants. i always drink too much soda and can never finish my main course… so that method should work pretty well. some diet pills have also known to be effective, causing you to have less desire to eat. maybe taking some of those could help speed up the process, if that is what you are looking for.

drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily is a great idea, not only does it flush out toxins from the body, it also carries nutrition all over the body… i hope you are successful on this journey!
