I think before you get your driver’s license that you have to complete an anger management course. Things are getting really bad here in New Jersey. People honk if you don’t turn fast enough. They honk if your car breaks down (no offers to help). If traffic is slow, they honk! I am so tired of it. Everyone is in such a hurry to get someplace. And when they get there are they really happy? Probably not.
