That’s so funny. I had lists of baby names when I was a youngster also, and no , never used them. I can remember a few: Alanna, Deidre (yuck);and for boys – Owen and Colin, both of which I still like.

My Caroline was nicknames “Caddie” by her younger sister for awhile. I had forgotten about the book until she started calling her that. Thanks for visiting my TT!

What did you name your children?
Let’s see, when I was a kid I thought I’d use these names for my kids:
Veronica
Jeremy
Keith (I did use this one and only this one, for one of my kids)
Katie
Kirsten/Kirsty
Lissa
Scott
Colleen
Renee
Rick
Jeff
Clint
I ended up using Keith, Luke, Monica (not too far off Veronica), Stephanie, and Stephen. I tried to use Jeff but the hubby wouldn’t let me. Scott was someone’s name I didn’t like by then so I didn’t use it. I also tried to use Jeremy but the hubby shot it down, too.

Interesting list. However, with one exception, they all seem pretty regular names. Nothing a kid would be embarrassed about.

I don’t have children, but I did have all these names picked out….that I would never use now. Sheridan Victoria….hmm. Happy TT!
