I have been taking a treadmill class at my local gym and I really enjoy it. The problem is, it is only one day a week. I am not motivated right now to go to the gym extra days. I think it is due to the cold weather. Hopefully, my new exercise plan will help me focus and get me into shape before the summer!

I have a suggestion for you. If you don’t like to go to the gym more than once a week, find something at home that you like to do. It could be anything from walking around your block several times, to dancing around your livingroom, to putting in an exercise or dance tape in your VCR and having at it! I’m sure you’ll find what is suitable for you! And keep it up. I’m doing the same thing. Attitude is everything. Remember, this is something you want, not something you have to do.
