Today the temperature is quite mild here in New Jersey. It is a balmy 50 degrees! However, I know the cold weather will be returning shortly. I do NOT like the cold weather. I do NOT like the snow. I am thinking that I should be looking at Wilmington NC real estate and just fly south for the Winter!

Try cold Wisconsin – it’s not as cold as usual, but still cold – 15 degrees with about 16 inches of snow on the ground – I would trade that for North Carolina or the 50 degrees!
