Almost ready with my vacation plans that is. If you really want the best prices and hotel deals you have to do your research. If you’re planning a Disney, Beach or Branson vacation or any other destination for that matter, use the internet to help you find the best deals. Don’t always settle for the first thing that you see.
I probably did ten different hotel searches on different sites over a period of two months until I finally found the best hotel at the best location. Sometimes it takes a bit to shuffle through all the information, but if you really want to save money, do your research!

In the last month I’ve searched for b&b for Italy and i have too say that it was a challenge. I’ve read a lot reviews and finally i’ve found a nice room at an affordable price.
I’ve given up going to travel agencies, it’s more comfortable booking the room you want from your own chair. Apart from this, you can read a lot of reviews and even see pictures from people who have stayed at that hotel.

Book online and book early. I think that’s the best plan to getting the best travel deals online these days. The longer you book in advance the better deals you are likely to come across.

Book seasonally when looking for deals but beware of the possibility of bad weather when you do this. While it’s nice to save money traveling off season it is even worse to spend your entire vacation inside a hotel.

I would check priceline for comparisons of different sites and try to name your own price. This has really saved me a good deal of money in the past in travel plans.
