LiveOps is another work at home site that provides customer service personnel for their clients. Live Ops clients are currently looking for the following positions: inbound sales (responses to infomercials), causal dining (delivery and carry out orders), financial services.

LiveOps requires that you be an Independent Agent. You contract with LiveOps to do work for another company. You need to have a tax identification number and must live in the United States. Agents make between $6.00 to $15.00 per hour. You can fill out an online application form and then you will be required to take a reading comprehension test. Also required is a voice audition and possibly a matching assessment to help match candidates with a company.

After qualifying, you will be invited to a Virtual Business Presentation to discuss the LiveOps model. LiveOps requires a $30 fee for a background and credit check.

Agent requirements include:

* A personal computer with at least a 1GHz Pentium III processor or better, 512 MB RAM, Windows XP or Vista, Internet 6 with Service Pack 2, Java 2- Version 1.5, one USB port. The computer must be configured in accordance with Microsoft’s recommendations in Protect Your PC Web Site. Ad-Aware must be installed and run at least once per week.
* A monitor capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
* A sound card installed
* Speakers or headphones
* DSL or Cable Internet connectivity
