I am a WAHM now, but on September 9, 2001, I was still working in New Jersey. We had heard on the radio that a plane had hit the World Trade Center. “It must be a small plane, an accident,” we thought. But we were wrong. We had a TV and rolled it out and although we could only get the spanish channel, the pictures were enough to tell us what was going on.
We knew peoplethat worked in those buildings. We had an office in New York in a different building. Everyone had that awful feeling in their stomachs. We were shocked at what could happen here in America.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all those who lost someone in the terrorist attacks on our soil. God Bless You and God Bless the United State of America.
