Can you clean a kids room in 15 minutes? Try these steps:
Get all your supplies, including the hamper, trash can and toy box. Plus get another box for things that do not belong in the kids room.
Put all the dirty clothes in the hamper.
Put all the trash in the trash can.
Make the bed.
Put all the clean clothes and items to put away (that belong in the room) on the bed and then put them away.
Put all items that don’t belong in the room in a box to be put away later.
If you give your child these steps and they work on one item at a time, they will have an easier time cleaning their room!

Perfect! Thanks for the reminder of how cleaning a room can be quick. I think sometimes I make things so difficult for everyone involved because I want things spotless. I’m really going to focus on the basics again.
