QOTW – How are you getting ready for the busy Holiday Season?
Wow! I can’t believe it is already October! Time to start thinking about all the holidays that are coming up.
The first thing I do to get ready for the Holiday Season is to go into the attic and try and find the boxes I need for decorations. I try to organize the boxes by holiday to make it easier to find items that I need (i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Next, I start my Shopping List! I try to make a list of everyone I need to shop for. Then I do a lot of online shopping! One of my favorite places is Expo Connector. They have a lot of different vendors offering specials and unique items. Don’t forget about teacher gifts!
Finally, I get out my calendar and fill it up with the activities that I know will be coming. Then I try to find the days I will have more time and save some space for baking, shopping and other needed activities.
