How do your build customer confidence in your product or service? You need to prove to the customer that your product or service is SUPERIOR to other similar products or services. Some ways to do this include:
- Tell the customer HOW your product differs from your competitor’s products
- Gather testimonials from previous satisfied customers and share them with potential customers. If you have a website, start a new page with just testimonials!
- Think about comparing your product to other similar products with a chart that is easy to read and understand.
- Samples are good ways to increase customer confidence. Not all products or services can give samples, however. Don’t give out samples if it ends up costing you too much!
- Pictures always tell a story. Make sure your brochures or website has plenty of pictures. Include pictures of customers using the product.
