Do you get email or phone calls from customers? Do you keep track of complaints and positive feedback? How are your ads doing? How about online sales?

Each of these items can be tracked and then minor changes can be made to your selling style. If visitors come to your online store but fail to buy, have a few “guinea pigs” check your check out system and navigation of your website. Maybe the process is too complex.

Are you getting any response from ads? If not change the ad or where you are advertising. You may not be advertising to the right people.

If you get any complaints, keep track of them. Are the complaints always about the same thing? If so, see if there is a way you can make changes.

Keeping good track of your selling strategies can help increase your sales!
