Planet Fitness
I don’t know if you have a Planet Fitness gym near you, but I love them! There is one not far from me and I thought I would give them a try. I have belonged to another gym in the past, but the fees were getting outrageous. With Planet Fitness, I pay just $10 per month and get access to all the exercise equipment. This is not a full service gym that has a pool or aerobic classes, but they do have treadmills, elliptical machines, weight machines and the 30 min circuit.
I found a Treksta evolution running shoe that I love and went to my first workout. The treadmills all have boxes attached that you can plug your headphones in and watch the television sets. Next, I asked to be trained on the 30 min circuit. This consists of 10 weight machines and an aerobic portion (step). This is easy to use and motivating.
I really love Planet Fitness and have been going almost every day since I joined!
