If you are looking for an easy way to count calories, I have found a free calorie counter at MyFitnessPal.com. This site offers a calorie counter and a diet journal.
One of the cool things I did was make a personalized food database with all of my favorite foods. Now I don’t have to search through a huge list of foods, when I just care about the foods that I eat most often. I have found that if I don’t do any calorie counting, that I end up eating much more than I should each day.
Since the site is 100% free (no credit card required) and it is easy to use, I bookmarked it so that I can return to it frequently throughout the day.
