I hear that Ephedra is making a come back again! I remember when it was hugely popular abut 10 years ago. Then, due to some health concerns a lot of people stopped taking it. I took it once and it made me too jittery. Now the same products are boasting that they are ephedra-free and that they will boost your metabolism. I wonder if it is worth a try again?
I have always avoided certain types of clothing. I hate having to buy a shirt or dress that pulls across my bust, especially if it has buttons! I did not like having to use safety pins and it always seems that the buttons would pull “open” in just the right spots. I just found a cool new gift shop called The Old Gift Shop. This online retailer offers a wide array of historic gifts and collectible. I loved the miniature covered wagon since I have some pioneer stock in me! They also have ship models and miniature landmarks. Since I can never think of anything to get for my dad, I might pick up one of their western models!
